•We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Although any changes will be communicated at the time of service.

4. Drop-off and Pick-up

•Customers must provide accurate contact information during drop-off.

•Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

•We are not responsible for items left beyond the agreed pick-up time.

5. Care of Items

•We take utmost care in handling your items but cannot guarantee against color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage due to weak fabrics or pre-existing conditions.

•Customers must inform us of any special instructions or delicate items at the time of drop-off.6. Liability

•We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items unless caused by our gross negligence.

•Liability for damaged items is limited to 2 times the cost of the service.

7. Lost and Found

•Items found after the completion of service will be stored for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

•Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

•Refunds are issued at our discretion and may not include service fees.

9. Prohibited Items

Do not include hazardous materials, flammable substances, or items of high sentimental or monetary value in your laundry.
